In this review, I am reviewing and comparing two different CBD oil brands: Plant People and Saha Self-care.
Both oil tinctures have 1500mg of CBD but the Plant People product is full spectrum so it has trace amounts of THC while the Saha product is broad spectrum so the THC has been removed.
Both products have minimal ingredients especially Plant People’s so you can definitely taste the CBD but it’s a little more palatable in the Saha product thanks to the mint flavoring.

Overall, two great products that I found to work equally well.
