Shipping Policy

Here at UPS Wellness Company, our goal is to always get your order to you as quickly and easily as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Processing Time: Processing refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse, processed, and shipped within 1 business day after the order is placed. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once the order ships.

US Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in Colorado Springs, CO to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service. Should you choose the FREE shipping option, you can expect your order within 3 business days if you are on the East Coast or in the Midwest or within 3–5 business days for the West Coast; with USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1–2 business days for the East Coast or 2–3 business days for the West Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Definitions: 

  • Pre-shipment: Your package is ready for shipment, but has not yet been picked up.
  • Accepted: The USPS has accepted your package.
  • In-transit: Your package is moving through the USPS system.

Autoship & Subscription: Our autoship, or subscribe and save program, means that you can purchase CBD to arrive automatically on a schedule of your choosing. Many of our products are available for autoship. You can customize your auto-shipments as you see fit. You can even have multiple products arrive at different times.

Please note:
Transit times are business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
We are able to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO Military addresses and US Territories.
We are not able to ship outside of the US at this time.

Shipping Insurance Claims

Shipping Insurance purchased at the time of the order protects you against lost, misdelivered, stolen or damaged packages. All shipping/fulfillment issues must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the package. If no shipping insurance is purchased and a shipping claim is made, UPS Wellness Company reserves the right to deny your claim.
